👤 Position: Recruiter
Department: HR | Work model: Remote | Contract type: B2B
🛠 Your Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Tech, and Administrative roles
- Actively source candidates using a variety of platforms and tools
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit (skills + culture)
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and Hiring Managers
- Provide timely and constructive feedback throughout the hiring process
- Prepare and analyze recruitment reports and statistics
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Fluent in Polish and English (minimum C1 level)
- Proficient in candidate sourcing tools and recruitment platforms
- Genuine interest in:
- Candidate experience
- Recruitment analytics

- Self-driven, proactive, and responsible attitude
- Strong ownership and initiative
