Role Description
The Hires Lab is currently seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter Team Leader to join its growing team on a part-time, remote basis. In this role, you will take the lead in managing and guiding a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment operations, coordinating sourcing strategies, conducting and supervising candidate interviews, and ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient, consistent, and aligned with client expectations. As a team leader, you will be expected to track performance metrics, provide coaching and mentorship to your team, and help shape a positive and productive work environment. You will also play a key role in contributing to HR consultation projects, team-building initiatives, and sales training sessions, aligning recruitment practices with broader organizational goals.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should bring proven expertise in recruitment, team leadership, and conducting interviews. You must have hands-on experience in HR consultation and organizing team-building activities, ideally with at least six months of experience in a similar position. A background in sales coaching or training is highly valued, as it supports the agency’s integrated approach to recruitment and talent development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage remote collaboration effectively. Prior experience in the telecommunication industry or a related field will be considered an asset. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is required.
