At WAYF, we are actively seeking a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer to become a permanent member of our dynamic team. You will work closely with key clients, playing a pivotal role in crafting engaging and efficient digital products. As a developer, you’ll not only write maintainable and scalable code using our modern tech stack—including TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL—but also be empowered to contribute to product vision and architectural decisions. You’ll be involved in end-to-end development, from design discussions to deployment, while enjoying autonomy and support in equal measure.

From a technical perspective, we expect candidates to have a deep understanding of JavaScript, including its benefits and limitations. You should have hands-on experience working with React.js and a firm grasp of the TypeScript type system. Familiarity with various CSS methodologies—such as CSS-in-JS, SCSS, Tailwind, and CSS Modules—is essential, along with an understanding of the web platform and its APIs. You should know how web applications function from server to client, possess strong database skills (especially with PostgreSQL), and be able to use backend frameworks like Node.js and NestJS effectively.
Equally important are your soft skills. We’re looking for someone who has experience working remotely, communicates clearly and transparently, pays close attention to detail, and can both give and receive feedback with openness and kindness. You should be self-driven, organized, and eager to create value through your work. English proficiency at a B2 level or higher is also required to ensure effective communication across our global team.

The compensation package for this role is competitive, with a B2B contract offering between 11,000 and 16,000 PLN net + VAT, depending on your experience and performance.
