Contract Rate: ฿436.50/hour (equivalent to CAD $18/hour), paid per project
Are you a passionate, creative web developer with a bold vision for design and the technical skills to back it up? Motiv Creative Labs is looking for freelance web developers based in Bangkok (BKK) or Chiang Mai (CNX) to join us on a contract basis to help build beautiful, user-focused websites that push creative boundaries.
This is a fantastic opportunity for web design freelancers who want to collaborate on impactful projects with a tight-knit team that values design excellence, storytelling, and innovation. We’re looking to form long-term partnerships with freelancers who are not only technically skilled but also bring their unique artistic flair and ideas to the table.
ℹ️ About the Role
- Position Type: Freelance / Contract
- Compensation: ฿436.50/hour (CAD $18/hour), paid per project
- Work Style: 100% remote, with flexible hours
- Collaborate with a talented, supportive creative team on a variety of web design and development projects

✅ Must-Have Qualifications
- A strong creative vision and adventurous design instinct – we’re drawn to designers and developers who bring something fresh, bold, and visually exciting to the table
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience working with WordPress, including custom themes and responsive design
- Ability to build and troubleshoot responsive, cross-browser compatible websites
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
✅ Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points For):
- Experience with modern website builders like Webflow or eCommerce platforms like Shopify
- Familiarity with team collaboration tools such as Asana or similar project management platforms
- Background in digital marketing, SEO, or motion design
- Interest or experience in AI tools and enthusiasm for future-forward design technologies
