- Seeking a dynamic Technology Lead with strong coding, design, and code review skills
- Must be hands-on with a solid foundation in Agile methodologies, including daily standups and iterative development
- Blend of technical leadership, product alignment, and customer engagement
- Key responsibilities include implementation, architecture, team collaboration, and quality delivery
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure technology aligns with business goals
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of a scalable SaaS-based product

- Architect and design end-to-end SaaS solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and performance
- Provide technical leadership across Backend, Frontend, and DevOps domains
- Evaluate and select optimal technology stacks, frameworks, and cloud platforms
- Establish and maintain coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices
- Conduct architecture reviews, performance optimization, and security audits
- Lead efforts to migrate, modernize, and refactor legacy systems
- Collaborate with product teams to align technology with strategic business outcomes
- Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
💻 Technical Skills & Experience
Backend (Microservices & APIs)
- Strong expertise in Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL
- Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL
- Hands-on with both SQL & NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB
- Familiarity with event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Frontend (Modern Web & Mobile)
- Strong knowledge of React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular
- Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and UI frameworks
- Proven track record in designing and optimizing high-performance web applications
DevOps, Cloud & Security
- Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP including serverless computing, Kubernetes, ECS, and Lambda
- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools: ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic
⭐ Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating AI/ML into SaaS platforms (Martech domain preferred)
- Exposure to data engineering, LLMs, and AI tools
- Understanding of Edge Computing and IoT architectures
