Daily/Weekly Responsibilities:
- Website Development:
Design, build, and launch fully custom WordPress websites, ensuring they are fully responsive, high-performing, and aligned with SEO best practices. - Website Maintenance:

Track all time spent on tasks using our internal tools to help with workload forecasting and project planning. - Cross-Department Communication:
Collaborate with SEO strategists, project managers, and other developers. Respond to team communications and task assignments within 24 hours.
🧠 What You Bring to the Table
We’re looking for a developer who is more than just technically skilled—you should be organized, responsive, and motivated to continuously improve both your own skills and the quality of our web output.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in custom WordPress development (not reliant on page builders)
- Deep understanding of PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience using the Twig Template Engine and Timber framework
- Comfortable with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Familiarity with integrating third-party tools (e.g., CRMs, chat widgets, analytics platforms)
- Strong version control skills using Git
Professional Traits:
- Initiative:
You explore new tools and techniques and bring them to the team. You proactively solve problems before they arise. - Time Management:
You can prioritize and juggle website builds, bug fixes, and optimization tasks while delivering consistently on time. - Accountability & Drive:
You take full ownership of your projects and see challenges as opportunities to grow and contribute. - Problem-Solving:
You thrive on figuring things out independently and are confident in making decisions when facing technical uncertainties. - Communication:
You communicate clearly and professionally, both with team members and clients, especially when clarifying requirements or discussing timelines. - Quality Mindset:
You don’t just deliver; you deliver with quality—ensuring your work is stable, fast, well-documented, and future-proof.
